One operating layer for the whole marketing operation.

Twelve modules on one ledger, in four stages: connect, understand, intelligence and act. Each module feeds the next, so the value is in the connections between them.

Today’s Brief, CMO view in the demo workspace: marketing health, campaigns live, spend to date, estimates above benchmark, approvals waiting and the budget outlook.

How it works

Connect. Understand. Intelligence. Act.

The four stages are how Troola works. The three pillars are what you get from it. AI runs through all four stages and people make every decision.

01 · ConnectBring everything together.

Marketing teams, agencies, budgets, procurement and finance work in one place. Agencies submit through the Agency Portal. Information arrives by upload from day one and by connector where configured.

02 · UnderstandSee what is happening.

Today’s Brief opens each role on what needs it. Planned, committed, invoiced and forecast agree on every line, in one reporting currency.

03 · IntelligenceDiscover what would otherwise be missed.

Every estimate line benchmarked against the market rate for its discipline. Invoices matched to orders. Retainers checked week by week.

04 · ActMake better decisions.

Approve, approve on condition, negotiate or decline, always with a reason. Reports and board packs come from the same figures.

Connect and understand deliver Visibility: see the full picture. Intelligence delivers Control: know where your money goes. Act delivers Performance: get more from your marketing.

Modules

Twelve modules. One operating rhythm.

Navigation follows each person’s position, so every role sees the modules its job needs. Eleven roles across executive, operational, external and assurance groups, each scoped by market or business unit.

    Understand

Hey TroolaAsk anything, across every module, answered from your own records with the source.

One ledger

Four figures that agree.

Most teams hold these four numbers in four places, so they never agree. Troola keeps them on one ledger. When one moves, Troola shows why: an overrun held, an exception flagged or a saving counted.

  • PlannedFrom the approved plan.
  • CommittedFrom estimates and purchase orders.
  • InvoicedFrom finance, matched to each order.
  • SavedFrom the audit trail, counted only once realised.

The six-step trail

One estimate, through the whole system.

The agency submits through the portal. It appears in the right brief. Troola reads every line, sets each rate against the market and recommends, with the reason. A person decides, the purchase order is released and the invoice is matched to it. The saving is counted only once the invoice proves it.

Every estimate follows the same six recorded steps.

  1. 01Estimate submitted
  2. 02Benchmarked line by line
  3. 03Decided, with a reason
  4. 04Purchase order released
  5. 05Invoice reconciled
  6. 06Saving realised

Troola recommends. People decide.

Product rules

Nine rules behind every module.

  1. R1Troola recommends. People decide.
  2. R2Consolidate, never recalculate.
  3. R3Benchmarks declare their gaps.
  4. R4A tamper-evident audit trail.
  5. R5Tenant isolation, enforced by the platform.
  6. R6Multi-market by design.
  7. R7The same figure everywhere.
  8. R8Failures are reported.
  9. R9One reporting currency.
